Check out this clip from a health care town hall meeting that Senator Arlen Spector and Secretary of Health and Human Servicecs Katherine Sebelius held in PA. I bet they didn't expect this kind of reaction... It's amazing the bubble these politicians live in in DC.
It's important to note, however, that there is evidence that the same corporate lobbyist groups behind the "spontaneous" tea parties from the tax day protests are also sending people to disrupt the local town hall meetings. I'm always amazed that people will play games in situations that are literally life and death...
I hope the people of PA see through Mr Spector's rhetoric and elect someone new to represent them. After all, he did just switch affiliations to the Democratic party after serving 29 years in the Senate as a Republican.
